Push notification will be shown when clickied on element with class="js-pRqst"
To show push request click on this link or button and it will be showed with 1s delay (pTimeout).
You can override variables by adding in URL params:
pOnClick (true/false)
pTimeout (timeout in ms),
pBack (url to redirect on onPermissionDenied),
pTracker (tracker name)
